Overview

A platform that brings WhatsApp, web chat and calls into one inbox, with a team of AI agents that answers, qualifies and flags the moment a person should step in.

The problem

A business loses sales after hours. The message arrives at eleven at night, nobody sees it until the morning, and by then whoever was asking has bought somewhere else.

Conversations are scattered on top of that: WhatsApp on a phone, the website chat in another tab, calls recorded nowhere at all. Nobody has the whole conversation with a customer, because that whole conversation does not exist anywhere.

One inbox for everything

LazySender brings the channels together and puts a team of AI agents on them. They answer from the business's own information — catalogue, prices, policies — qualify whoever writes in, and say when a person is worth pulling in.

Every decision an agent makes is logged, and the business chooses what gets automated and what does not.

The unified inbox with WhatsApp conversations, agent replies and a qualified opportunity

One thread, end to end

Every channel enters the same team of agents. Answers leave in seconds, and when a person is needed they arrive with the whole case in hand rather than having to rebuild it.

Flow diagram: channels converge on the agent team and leave as an answer, an opportunity, an appointment or a handoff to a person

The visual system

One deep green anchor, one mint accent and a warm neutral ground. Seven plates from the manual, to be stepped through sideways.

07
  • Palette: a scale of greens with their hex values, surfaces, text and semantic colours
  • Type scale: Space Grotesk for display, Inter for reading, mono for machine output
  • Mark construction: clear space, minimum sizes, and correct and incorrect use across backgrounds
  • Interface components: buttons, status chips, conversation rows and the reply field
  • The icon set and the illustration of the agent orbit handing off to a person
  • Twelve-column grid, eight-point spacing scale and corner radii
  • Motion specification: live pulse, flow, orbit and grow, with their durations

The system in use

A business connects its number, uploads its catalogue, and from that point on answering no longer depends on someone being available.

The system applied: marketing site, mobile and inbox, sharing one palette and one rhythm
